I spent more than 28 years working in the corporate world as a Manager, Leader, Mentor and Business Strategist. I worked closely with teams and individuals on projects, planning, completion, recruitment, training, personal growth and development and career change/progression.
I have a number of years’ experience in reciprocal ‘Peer Mentoring,’ helping other members of the management team to work towards and successfully achieve their goals.
I have taken part in and successfully led ‘Rapid Continuous Improvement’ events both in the UK and US.
In 2014, my excellence in Leadership and Business Strategy was recognised by Senior Management in the US, where I was presented with an International Award in Chicago.
I am able to draw upon my many years of experience to help individuals and teams to recognise their challenges/obstacles, connecting with their individual and team abilities/strengths, to formulate strategies/plans, to organise and execute their actions and achieve their goals.
